Rental discount conditions

Rent now for a rental discount or three months free rent!

As a new tenant, you can choose between two attractive special offers.
A rental discount combined with a guaranteed rent or three months free rent.
If you choose the rental discount, you will receive a monthly discount of 2/12 of the normal rent during the first year and a monthly discount of 1/12 of the normal rent during the second year.

Example for year 1:

• Normal rent: € 980/month
• Total rental discount for the first year: 2 x € 980 = € 1,960
• Monthly rental discount for the first year: € 1,960/12 = € 163.33
• During the first year, you pay a monthly rent of: € 980 - € 163.33 = € 816.67

Example for year 2:

• Normal rent: € 980/month
• Total rental discount for the second year: 1 x € 980 = € 980
• Monthly rental discount for the second year: € 980/12 = € 81.67
• During the second year, you pay a monthly rent of € 980 - € 81.67 = € 898.33

The guaranteed rent means that your rent will not be revised during the contract period. You will thus be certain of no changes in your monthly housing expenses for the next two years!

Free rent
If you choose three months rent free, you pay no rent during the first three months. For the following 12 months of your rental contract, you pay the normal rent. In other words, you rent your apartment for fifteen months for the price of twelve months!
