The Laurenskwartier

De Witte Keizer (The White Emperor) was built at the corner of Keizerstraat and Vissersdijk in the middle of the Laurenskwartier. In recent years, the Laurenskwartier has developed into the most sought-after and exciting residential districts of Rotterdam, and it will become livelier yet with the arrival of new exclusive retail outlets, restaurants, cafés, etc. Even now, there are plenty of amenities. Lots of amenities
If you love shopping and having a night out, the city centre is the place to be.
