The apartments

De Witte Keijzer has 107 spacious apartments ranging from 105 m² to 211 m² (penthouse) in size. Each apartment is flooded with natural daylight, particularly since they are all located on a corner of the building so that light enters from two sides. The expansive windows can also be opened to give your home a delightful outdoor feeling. All the rooms have floating screeds to allow for any floor covering: stone, parquet, wood, etc. The windowsills are luxuriously finished in natural stone.

Deluxe finishing
All apartments are furnished with every convenience. Each room has a telephone and cable connection. The modern kitchen is completely equipped with appliances that include a refrigerator, freezer, ceramic cooktop, combination microwave and dishwasher. Some apartments also have a kitchen island with sink. The bathroom is finished with modern ceramic tiles and has a bathtub, separate shower, double washbasin and a radiator.

Safety and convenience
Safety and convenience were also considered in the design of De Witte Keijzer. The apartments are fitted with a video phone, an alarm system and a smoke detector. Needless to say, all the hinges and locks meet the criteria listed in the Police Residential Security Warranty. Every tenant has a storage room on the fourth floor of the building and a reserved parking space in the fully automated car park beneath the building. Residents also have a locked bicycle storage area on the ground floor at their disposal.

The apartments can also be rented furnished with floor covering and/or curtains.
